Only the brand name is good nothing else. Only people happy here are those who can curry favor with the boss and old aunties with zero skills. If you cant work but have good buttering and letting them walk all over you skills, then you’ll thrive in this place but if not and you’re a hardworking individual then this is not the place for you

... my life. 6days a week+ my sundays+ my evenings+ my nights sleep no rest at all. 2) salary- no leaves and if you’re absent your salary is deducted of that day. My house help has better facilities than this she atleast gets 3 free leaves per month. If I’m absent the 200 I’m getting for that day is also duducted and no compensation for the days that I worked over night or on sundays 3) company people- honestly everyone is good there except the senior management, they hate us employees. Everyone was so nice to me would greet me and help me with dealing with that disaster of a lady my manager. I tried to give respect to her as she’s senior to me. But that’s all she is. She couldn’t understand clear instructions given to her from her supervisors and then gave me wrong assignments and then kept changing and humiliating me for her shortcomings. And god only knows how I’ve controlled myself around her cartoon like makeup skills. Skill development- absolutely no skills or new things I learnt. Only sales work and collecting data about things that were not even needed and due to my managers fish like memory one assignment took 4 months to complete so learnt absolutely nothing new that I didn’t already know. Work satisfaction- after this internship I lost my will to ever work in corporate again. Couldn’t even open my laptop and didn’t even sit for my college placements. I was so traumatised Promotions- forget about that these people are only there to extort from you and sit on your hard work without giving credit and compared to what they’re paying and how much they make you work is not nice. At the end I would advice you to not invest your hard work into this stupid company. And if you’re already there then I would advice you to use them before they use you, keep your options open because they lay of people like anything or go only for an internship. I’ve talked to other people there on permanent jobs in that company in finance and tech departments and that’s why I’m saying this

No any work to liking this company. In pendamic they dedicated 50 % salary and they force to come full time..no job security. Very poor culture. I will not recommend to any one to join this company.

No support in Covid 19. 50% salary paid. Pays salary in 11th day of month. No one knows when & how much salary will be paid next month. Incentives for 9-10 months is pending. Bonus for last year is pending.
