Management/promoters are quite understanding and supportive. They give you the opportunity to express yourself, but that doesn't happen very often. Meril is one of the fastest-growing companies with a diversified portfolio. Job is often secured for now, although I see a downward trend. The company works with vision and innovation and sticks to its mission statement. The company promotes a good culture, but a few spoil it, leading to overall disappointment. Still, for a relatively new and andgrowing company like Meril, they have a good culture.

1) There is no mechanism to identify your skills or potential. People get salary increments and promotions without any criteria or knowledge, only on the basis of their rapport with the manager. 2) No one talks about your skill development or gives you the opportunity to prove your worth. 3) You are valued when you leave the organization or when you have an offer letter. 4) Lots of commitments given verbally by the manager to retain, later only to be found futile. 5) Lack of coordination between departments. There is no feedback mechanism about your work or developmental areas. 6) Lack of transparency.

As a sales person you will have to workb18 hours, full on pressure. Work on Sunday also with no Compensation. You have to work from the ground level to Upper level with no guidande, so much miss communication. No proffesionalism at all.
