1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked

I had been working with mphasis from 2.5 year since I joined I siding get any benifits apart from salary and management as worst TL’s (Geethamma SH, SriRanjini,Saravanan) are behave like managers and they won’t let employees to work peacefully. HR (Ashwini david) also worst like anything she won’t bother about employees concern. Overall not at all good experience.

For the early phase company provided additional amount as Hardship allowances in the salary which really helped me to do some food donations and other things. I worked more than working hours to meet my goals and then have donated other remaining money to needy people.

There is nothing to dislike. Everytime I entered I felt secure.

...that great. Lot you can learn in this company as different processes are there . Salary in time . Great infrastructure and very spacious office. Team mate satisfactory but exceptions not to forget about

Technical team was not that great .lack co ordination .Nor the production team. Lack coordination with the technical team. did not meet my expectation.as for the exit hr team they need lot of development in regard to their exit policy and need lot of coordination with various dept for smooth exit .

Company is never been good or bad it's the people who works there makes the environment good or bad. Some managers are good.

Dislikes

Salary is the biggest minus point if you show your loyalty and stick to the company for years. Cab facility is not upto the mark, in one cab if it's 4 seater they will make sure there are 4 employees in the cab, they don't care about employee comfort.
