Let me think of one positive Things about MSN - Yes Salary Is on Time. -That's it. Well the company mainly hires freshers so to manage finances and local candidates as they can't go anywhere else (Taken from granted, you argue your warned to be fired).

-Manpower is always depleted (Why would anyone would stay here). -More than 8+ Working Hours - No OT Money. ( You can only come (I.e:A shift) But can't leave untill you complete another shift. Basically A Shift - General Shift (6-6). -Talking about work life balance- just forget life you are a Casual Worker here. - Don't expect Employees Benefit - Orelse you will feel depressed. ( Just Don't expect anything). - If You Miss Your Bus due to Over time - Don't hesitate To Ask Lift Or buys a liability ( Bike). - Forget Few Things : -Learning New skills -Reading Your own SOP - as they think ur not working -Good specially as u won't have time to eat ( if u eat you will regret later). - Work Change - Educated Managers with manners. - Respect is none even to managers - Team Leaders - Employees. - The VIP PERSONS ONLY DEVALUE YOU and Your Education. As they expect you to work 100% without proper introduction or trainings.

If any family problems managers and HR department are not support to employee for leaves and rudely tells him to RESIGN. My manager and HR department told to me give RESIGNATION ,for this reason that's why I am RESIGNING here.

...ery high. 7.Don't ask about leaves.you have to work on holidays and extra hours.for that extra hour they don't pay u. 8. No online documentation any entry errors happens they will change the page. 9.even if it ur last option don't join in this comapny specially local people
