Company has good clients and they offer competitive package to new joinees and flexible timings

No much of good appraisal they will give good CTC in beggining but they won't give good hikes yearly they don't try to retain much even though env is very challenging not much of help from senior management just they outsource to clients and you are done

Nothing - HR are liars. They said 3 month notice period but gave only one month salary and gave the threat that they will teminate if not resign .

Manager use to see the stock market only and not even know about the projects which they are handling. When any issues in project they only blame the team and fire them.

... technologies as per project requirement, irrespective of your actual expertise. Salary hike was not as expected as they dont have much projects .

Worst company culture ever, had 3 scrum call everyday. Poor management all tester are manager and they lack of knowledge. No value for employee only client is important. One engineer for multiple project. Management not taking any action. Architect and lead are relax and there work needs to done by junior. Don't spoil career deside before joining this company.
