Work culture and company policies are good.

Dislikes

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.

The company is open for new talent. Mine is a US based client handling accounting of insurance companies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.

Ntt gets great projects to work with and good opportunity to develop skills.

Dislikes

No promotion, no hike to people working towards betterment of the organisation, instead less knowledgeable people get promoted without analysing any performance by manager.

It's a reputed company. Good Location. Get to meet great minds.

...ur leaves as per our requirement. Not good for freshers no proper training plan. Salary too low for a metropolitan city.

...the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason. Meanwhile, those who do not work honestly may receive promotions due to favoritism.
