1. HR Policies are change day by day without knowing to employees. 2. Technical Architect Head need to know SIMS7 first. 3. Technical Architect is for all teams not for single team 4. Promotion is not on time, not even as per standard and worst part is indirect bond 5. Salary Hike is max 8% and min we got 0% also. 6. There is no value of employees work if you not close to management. 7. Newly Management is following the order some snakes after working hours so Employees can extend their works for it.
