In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. No Other client(except present) and zero job security. No official email id, no office laptop from quess corp, you have to use everything given by client. Timesheet issue every month for approval.

Nothing is there…worst company I ever worked.

Dislikes

It is a outsourcing company has worst client, no good project, Poor management, worst Job security, salary credit has no fixed day, it can extend to the mid of the month, even after some call and email to the HR people. They have one client G&D MS Ind pvt ltd , which one is the worst client, they will throw out anytime. Once client has released you, the Quess will not help you to assign project from the other client, it also release you. Don’t join the company…
