...ent Trainees/ Campus selected persons, other employees will be treated worst. Big difference in salary package too compare, its not matter how much years u worked in company. Managers will deploy jobs to subordinate and without training or support.

...any, it's sakes based company. For name sake they have ISO & IATF certification. Worst culture in the company, you wilp get only 5% increments yearly, you will have to pay back your increment while leaving the company. Attrition rate is 50% always, hardly any people stays here. Regretting joining here

...e he speaks if the sales target couldn't achieved is the worst and very abusive. And after everything the concerned Sales Person's salary also gets on hold for the particular month as well. The language and culture comes downstream in the hierarchy in a company that everyone believes. But if the National Head of Sales is this type of person, how the others can sustain.

35% of already low CTC is Variable pay which is daylight robbery and shows lack of trust in their own employees and management insecurity. Attrition rate is huge due to bad management(insecure employees badmouth about collegues and management seems to reward them)and and less salary.
