There is good teammate training should be given only company employee. There is no job security but you should gate good salary and incentive. You should learn lot ofthings

Poor work culture. No organisational flow. Organzation chart no fulfilled. More short of white collars. Pathetic planning of new development. No harmony, more politics. Poor transportation, poor food

Too much dynamic in restructuring the organization, not allowing to streamline. No vision, only money minded management. No respect for employees. If targets met, some one else will take credit. If target not met, you will be targeted and degraded. Too much groupism like mafia gang.
