Less package than market rate. Technology is bit old, they are transitioning. Work culture is a bit authoritative, not enjoyable environment, breaks and leisure time is noted. Very bad politics, most of the favourites are recognised even without proper management/technical skills, and they send out eligible candidates, who are not cooperating them.

...or giving me an opportunity as a fresher. Had Good teammates. Training was good. Salary is not enough for the work taken from freshers. No work-life balance.. HR policy is poor.

Bad example for an IT company. No care for employees and no professionalism. More focus on internal politics and daily fire fighting. Too much of micro management. People at management level doesn’t even care to respond to any messages from peers and lower hierarchy resources . Listens to only few voices inside the organisation. No proper structural hierarchy followed. No work life balance. Employees are nit even allowed to take break. Leaves/wfh are also not given even during emergencies. Unprofessional vocabulary used by department heads towards their reportee. No proper cafeteria.

Company don't care about their employees especially junior level employees.some Manager is like asaram ie. Not good for female employee.Lots of micromanagement.HR head is influenced by manager.Excessive exploitation of junior level employees.No professional behaviour from HR.Manager enjoy politics between their employees.Head HR is the big fan of manager and complaint won't get recognition and even you can face extreme penalty if you complain against manager.
