You are not gonna get any promotion on your skill You get promoted when you are a supervisors wife Or gf salary is very low and after you get promoted you get only 10 or 15 % of hike on salary

Management, work culture, benefits and perks vry bad. No life balance, No increments no salary hike. Not Even they appreciate ur work.. No night allowance. Cab facility is vry bad, 2hr early pickup.

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

There is no job security related to the work , like I did a some mistakes they don't give a chance , fired from the company and delete my id but I'm working hard .

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.
