How can a person with five years of experience earn the same as someone with twelve years, both supposedly holding the 'same designation'? This isn't just unfair; it's a clear indicator of a broken and arbitrary compensation structure that undermines any sense of merit or value. The pressure tactics employed during onboarding were completely out of line and unprofessional. Being forced to join early under the veiled threat of offer revocation is not a sign of a supportive environment; it's a demonstration of disregard for candidates' circumstances and well-being. This coercive approach speaks volumes about the company's respect for its incoming employees.

Really bad work life balance & coustomer reviews and Outlook towards the India next branch of Swiggy (India next = small cities ) . Job become a hassle faster than you can think and some aspects of its become bad really quick.
