I'm currently working as a HR intern here. The salary is not provided on time - we haven't received the salary for March and April month yet. It seems like the company has shut down , but the management hasn't informed us about any changes at all. Worst thing is not the company shutting down but when the management is aware about all the ins and outs still not telling us , making us completely hopeless . They're not even clear about whether they'll provide any salary or not. Teachnook or Academor (both are the same company) have changed their name to TopperRank due to negative reviews on Google. We HR's are still okay but for the students who get hired here as a BDA have it worst . They're not provided with the salary when their unrealistic targets aren't reached. No matter how many payments you get , how many sales you do . If the target is not reached , forget about getting a single penny. I would strongly recommend everyone to not join this company , it's better to wait for a more reliable opportunity.

1. Poor Work culture 2. Domination from Top management 3. Salary was never on time 4. Company has a complete different policy for leaves. 5. Top Management lacks expertise as all are very young. & many more.

Everything is dislike high work pressure and environment is not good and even I didn't get salary I wasted my time and invested a lot to travel to that company guys don't join this company even senior manager team leaders and assist teams are not good they won't support you until you get a payment and even they don't provide leads Totally worst experience in the company 😬 even they are not going to provide mobile and laptops all the requirements are ours only very very baad experience

...nd scam. This was my first yet the worst experience this company is a big fraud. They hire new interns in 100s every month and make them work as an sales representative irrespective of what designation was mentioned on the offer letter the package given is just a number they firstly they don’t even give the base amount of the stipend to the interns they will deduct amount every month irrespective of what the given target was and what have you achieved. And if you successfully complete the internship don’t ever expect a given package in offer letter they have their own criteria’s which they won’t tell you in induction program and then won’t discuss the PPO, more than 70% of the employees are interns here and the company does not promise any growth in your career. *WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.*
