The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Companies run on numbers. If you don’t negotiate, you leave money on the table. Have you ever been in a similar spot? How did you navigate it?

... recession. Overall, our workplace has a positive work culture with no overtime. Salary is always on time and there are huge incentives and perks to earn. We have a good performance management system in place and we work harder as a team. There are different activities and games we play every week. We have a proper hiring process for our clients too. A large database system, different job portals and a team of efficient recruiters makes us a top choice of our clients. I'm grateful to be a part of the organisation.

I have joined here right after a few years of its establishment so I have seen all the ups and downs. There is nothing to dislike.

Work Culture is excellent. TL and Manager are also very helpful. They coordinate and help them in all up and down/circumstances. Incentive structure is best in the industry. You can earn up to 20K-30K monthly incentive if you are good in recruitment and closing the profiles.

I worked there for almost 4 years and I can say with confidence that it's a best consultancy to start your career. The support provided by the company has been exceptional. The best thing here is the incentive slabs. I used to earn 30000-40000 quarterly incentive. If you really want to grow and earn incentives this is the best consultancy in the industry as every recruiter is earning incentives and there is no target as well. Employer is also good so as the staff. If you really want to spend some time in a consultancy then it is the best consultancy to start your career.
