...thing. Work is okay but you need to dedicate yourself to complete tasks on time. Salary increase each year some percentage.job is very secure.Company culture is average,I only say my manager was better and polite most of the time to me,my colleagues were good but when we talk about some people they are just imposing their work on others.

Work pressure and unprofessional behaviour of a manager. I know a manager who used to do favouritism. He threaten me by saying If you share your concern,I will make sure you get transferred somewhere else. I don't know who post him as manager. Low confidence,No feelings,no empathy,no leadership.

If you come first shift but you can’t go proper time because if customer in showroom then you will attend customer so sales aren’t allow go wideout attend customer

...no more promotion and appraisal on time.....work environment is very horrible...there is lots of partiality in employees in every stages like work related, salary related,leave . For me there is no career for Accounts background on branch level....so choose correctly....

Hr process is worst, Specially HR head is useless not using his brain to analyze the issues taking always side of old collogues. Management is also not employee friendly, not getting involved if any deserved employee get harassed or bullying by senior manager.
