I had a terrible exprience at witan excel i joined as a fresher and worked for more than 3 months but they never paid me they say the salary date is 15tg but in realty they pay after 45+ days or not at all most ppl leave without getting paid the founder MAKRAND n SUSHIL run company like a game play they openly say that meri company me kise bhi nikalu salary du ya nai du meri marji they hell care about employee they put ppl on PIP just to fire them and avoid paying salary if you cant bring order they will cut your salary or remove you many ppl 4 months on fake promises and never get there salary and FNF is therr excuse They have a system- every 3 months they hair new ppl make them work for free then fire them and start over. Some of employees came there to distroy the office for there salary they change frequently there office just because of these issues never trust them please dont fall on there fake lies

most fake company there founder Makarand N Sushil is main never fall on there fake promise they never pay you i worked there for 3 months and never get my salary now they fair me on the reason of PIP then hold my 3 months of salary. and again promising me that they will gonna pay me on my FNF most fake ppl

You will receive free (No salary) lessons on politics from them. You will learn how to handle humiliations. You will able to cope with tension and anxiety. This is not a sister company of Isometric. They will fool you in the name of Isometric just like me

Dislikes

You will get a good experience of how to survive without salary/ money for 2-3 months. Your seniors (non deserving ) will learn how to work with the help of you and one day they will terminate you. Clients are more humble than the organisation. Clients will appreciate your work rather than your own organisation. No work life balance.

No Pros, No cons. Witan Excel is hands down one of the worst company to work for. There is absolutely nothing positive about this place - only stress, uncertainty and unethical practrices.

Major Red flag: Salary : Salaries are delayed for every month. Unnecessary salary deduction without justification. No pay slips provided. Does not provide FNF amount. 3 Months salaries are pending, who are left the organisation. toxic work culture: No career growth, only politics and gossips. Humiliations and insults from management on daily basis. No support for medical emergencies. Fake branding - They mention isomatrix as parent company to mislead candidates. Unethical and unprofessional practices: unfair termination of employees, without notice, salary, or valid reason. no support in exit process - making it harder for employees to move forward in their career. A handful of directors run the organisation based on personal whims, ignoring logic and fairness.
