Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview is interesting and interviewer are also good communication and good friendly people but i am not selecting in interview they replied me that “ they are looking more senior and experienced people for this role. So my question is that then why you have shortlisted my resume if my experience not complied for that position. I requested to ATL HR to review the resume during short listing in initially very carefully so that time wasted of the candidates not happen because time is very crucial or important role in everybody time. I came to ATL bawal from Chandigarh and wasting around 18 hours and 2k money. So you improve this process at your end to establish initial round thru online session with candidates so that you ll found suitable candidates. Rest interview is good and excellent behaviour, friendly behaviour of everyone.
