Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - eClerx is not a product based company, if you are looking to manage an end to end lifecycle of a process, you would not like to take this offer. Too much influence from the vintage employees, culture is tuned to favour old guys who grew in the company, if you are outsider, you will struggle to settle until you know someone inhouse at management level. Hardwork will be rewarded but you need to have good rapport with the seniors & be in their good books. You will have a large team to manage but crowd is sub-standard. You will struggle with attrition due to low base salaries at junior levels in your team. Work life balance, stability is far too good only if you have connections at the senior level. Do not say NO to seniors for anything. As a leader, you are not expected to get involved in process but just be cognizant of what your team is doing is enough to eke out in the organization. Favoritism & nepotism is at peak in almost all the programs at every level. My honest suggestion is to consider eClerx as the last option to join.

Giving number on a scale is subjective , but performing well is more important.
