Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Avoid taking interview (hence job) at all cost. The VP (Engg. leader) asked me join for an interview in-person at the Cafe cofee day outlet. It was very unprofessional of him to see him use the space and leave after the interview and without placing any orders and asking the support staff to wait as if he was "deciding on the menu" (he was acting street-smart! with the professional staff) and later in my career, he did ended up doing the same unprofessional and unethical behavior with the careers of the entire team
