Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - WORST INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE EVER. This company attacks the candidates by posting handsome CTC pkgs, however when you actually qualify the interview they will offer you 10-15 k even if the candidate earns 70-80 k in his/her current organization. Their salary structure will be 85% variable pay based on the performance and 15% fixed (i.e.around 10-15k max). So be aware of this kind of fake job ads. They people took two round of interview for me, 1st round was of 15-20 min(deep interview to learn new strategies from the candidates so that they can utilise it for their business) and 2nd round was from 1pm - 3.15pm(The unnecessary discussion by the Mr. Chetan).
Don't waste your valuable time in this kind of fake company.

When HR’s Chinese English made me drop the interview!
So, I talked to the HR yesterday about the interview. I asked Please send me the location But their English… bro I was shocked! It was like talking to someone jisne english nahi kuch ar hi seekh liya ho, if the HR’s English is this I can only imagine the rest of the company I decided to drop the interview with this chinese english😶‍🌫️
