Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - A complete waste of time if you want to switch to V3 Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. They have several names under one organization. Some of them are V3 Designs Australia, V3 Designs and so on... The people working here have the least knowledge in their respective fields. Once you become a part of their team, an incompetent project manager (Sahil) will be greeting you. Also, the SEO team lead (Prasenjit Bhowmick) knows nothing about the technical aspects of Digital Marketing. Finally, the managing lead of the floor - Gopal Kashyap is a complete deceiver and will assign you to work with unprofessional behaviour. Loves to treat employees as trivials.

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Experience, Skill Set, Background, Residing City

Round: Telephonic Technical Client Round
Experience: HCL's Client from US called me to test my technical knowledge. They asked me a few basic questions that had already been asked to me in the very first technical round. They also asked me about a few things which the HR had already asked (about career break, business trips etc.) They were basically cross-checking the information that I had already provided.

Round: Managerial Round In person and next day on call
Experience: Would-be reporting manager called me for a face to face round. It was a brief introduction and basic questions which had already been asked. This lady had an urgent meeting with the business head after 1 hour. So she fed my mobile phone number on her personal phone and asked me to leave for the day. I thought I did not make it. Funnily, she called me the very next day at 5 pm and we had a long discussion of about 45 minutes on call about a few technical stuff related to technical writing basics, content writing basics etc.

Round: Written First Round
Experience: The very first round was written round. Purely written and only I was selected out of a bunch of people for the technical interview face to face. It lasted for 2 hours. Questiosn spanned through RDBMS, C basics, SDLC basics, Software engineering theory basics etc. Pretty easy. Anybody can clear it.

General Tips: Stay calm. Don't panic. On the first written round day, wear casual clothes. You most probably will not have a written round on the same day. They will call you for one, only if you make it. In case you make it through this written, 90% of your job is done.
Skills: Dressing Sense, Communication, Body Language, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Time Management, Decision Making Skills
