Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Node.js (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing web applications using React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Router).

- Build reusable and efficient front-end components and libraries for future use.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional and visually appealing interfaces.

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable back-end APIs and services using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.

- Design and implement efficient database schemas and interact with various database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Implement and manage state management solutions for complex front-end applications.

- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of both front-end and back-end components.

- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code

standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers throughout the

software development lifecycle.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end and back-end development.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and provide technical insights for system design.

- Participate in agile development methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on React.js.

- Deep understanding of React.js principles, component lifecycle, and performance optimization techniques.

- Solid experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and related front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.

- Familiarity with front-end routing libraries (e.g., React Router).

- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).

- Experience with database design and interaction with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of web security best practices.

- Experience with GraphQL
