Rust Developer (8-17 yrs)

Key Skills : Rust (mandatory), Golang (preferred), C/C++ (added advantage)

Shift : UK Shift (2 PM to 11 PM IST) or (3PM to12 Midnight)

Job Description : Rust Developer

We are looking to hire experienced Rust Developers for a full-time remote role. Candidates with Golang as a secondary skill are highly preferred. However, strong Rust developers without Golang experience are also welcome. Experience in C/C++ is a strong plus, especially for those from a systems-level programming background. The role requires availability during UK shift hours (2 PM 11 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Rust

- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions

- Develop or support services using GoLang (optional)

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time

- Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and other developers

- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Rust (mandatory)

- Working knowledge or experience with GoLang

- Experience with C and/or C++ is highly desirable

- Proven experience building and deploying scalable, production-grade systems

- Experience working with large-scale systems is a strong plus
