Role Overview:
- We are looking for a creative and analytical Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product positioning for AI CERTs' growing portfolio of certifications.
- You'll own messaging, positioning, content strategy, and enablement for both direct and partner-led channels (ATPs, GSIs, AAPs).
- Your mission is to translate our certifications into market-leading products, enabling our partners and internal teams to sell more effectively and helping AI CERTs continue its rapid global growth.
Responsibilities :
1. Go-to-Market & Launches:
- Drive GTM strategy for new certification launches (monthly cadence).
- Define positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation.
- Collaborate with Product, Content, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure launch success.
2. Product Positioning & Messaging.
- Develop compelling positioning for each certification family (AI+, Blockchain+, Security+, Business AI, etc).
- Craft segment-specific messaging for learners, enterprises, government, universities, and partners.
- Own and update messaging frameworks across channels (website, presentations, campaigns).
3. Sales & Partner Enablement:
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials: pitch decks, product one-pagers, FAQs, competitive comparisons.
- Support the Sales & Partner team in training ATPs and internal SDR/BDR teams.
- Build differentiated stories vs. competitors (CompTIA, EC-Council, Microsoft, ISC2, PMI, etc).
4. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership:
- Collaborate with Marketing to create certification guides, blog content, video scripts, and lead magnets.
- Partner with Social & Content teams to amplify product stories.
- Lead production of case studies and learner success stories.
5. Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends in AI/Blockchain skilling and certification.
- Analyze competitor offerings and update battlecards.
- Gather customer/partner feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally for EdTech, certification, SaaS, or B2B tech products.
- Strong understanding of AI and blockchain market trends and ecosystem.
- Experience marketing certifications, training programs, or educational products is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving successful product launches and GTM initiatives.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with global reach.
- Collaborative and cross-functional mindset (you'll work with Product, Content, Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and Partners).
