Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented professional to lead FTTH (Fiber to the Home) deployment projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ISP infrastructure and a proven track record of managing large-scale fiber rollout initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end FTTH network deployment across the assigned geography.
  
• Drive timely and cost-effective fiber rollout, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  
• Design FTTH ODN (Optical Distribution Network) for new towns/launch areas.
  
• Prepare and validate FTTH BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
  
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with local cable operators and vendors.
  
• Analyze fiber optic drawings and schematics, including OSP (Outside Plant) and access network designs.
  
• Calculate OSP and ODN link budgets and perform feasibility and cost-benefit analysis.
  
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX planning for efficient rollout and operations.
  
• Guide and monitor survey and design activities by internal and external teams.
  
• Oversee franchisee-executed network rollout and ensure accurate GIS-based inventory updates.
  
• Finalize OLT (Optical Line Terminal) site locations and oversee implementation.
  
• Obtain RFAI (Ready for Active Installation) clearance from infrastructure providers.
  
• Identify obstacles during deployment and implement effective solutions.
  
• Ensure strong partner/vendor management and maintain operational excellence.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively to launch towns and surrounding areas.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in FTTH/Telecom Network Deployment.
  
• Strong analytical, partner management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• In-depth understanding of FTTH technologies, ODN design, OLT, and fiber optic infrastructure.
  
• Proficiency in network design tools and GIS systems is an advantage.
