Job Description
Position Title: Circle MPBN Network Planning
Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end MPBN network planning across PAN India to support business growth in PACO services. The role focuses on building a scalable and reliable network, managing capacity, controlling Capex, and ensuring performance, rollout, and governance of core networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capacity planning for Packet Core, MPBN, BRAS, and TechLAN IP nodes.
- Proactive traffic forecasting and planning as per business requirements.
- Network design (HLD/LLD), rollout, version upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Implementation of PS/CS IP (MPBN) nodes and new business/network features.
- Vendor/partner coordination and governance of core networks.
- Capex control and performance management.
Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with IP nodes and PACO technologies.
- Good understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and IP protocols.
- Strong L1/L2 support and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Familiarity with SDH protection switching.
- Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
