Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resources strategy with our business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and culture.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Business Partner to support our India Sales organization. This role will act as a strategic advisor and collaborator to business and sales leaders, driving people initiatives that enable business success.
You will partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR initiatives that support both organizational goals and employee growth. Your expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development will be essential as we navigate the challenges of a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and provide strategic guidance on employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with Sales & Business Heads to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Drive key HR interventions including talent management, performance enablement, capability building, and employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, including counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Lead change and transformation initiatives within the sales function.
- Act as a cultural ambassador and foster a high-performance work environment.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Full time Master's degree in Human Resources, from a Tier 1 B School (XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD or similar only); HR certification (such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the Information Technology and Services sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
