Black Box - Program Manager - CEO Office - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (1-3 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-potential professional to join the CEO Office at Black Box as a Program Manager. This is a high-impact, strategic role offering direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, lead process improvement efforts, and support data-driven decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Management:

- Lead and execute high-priority, cross-functional initiatives aligned with business goals

- Drive business reviews (BU cadences) and track performance across key KPIs

- Ensure timely delivery and reporting of strategic initiatives

Executive & Operational Support:

- Support the CEO and leadership with analytics, insights, and operational execution

- Develop high-impact presentations and business dashboards for executive decision-making

- Organize and prioritize information for efficient decision-making

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

- Identify and implement efficiency improvements across business units

- Develop and manage governance frameworks and operational tools

- Foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration

Insights & Reporting:

- Conduct data analysis and present actionable insights

- Track progress on initiatives and ensure stakeholder accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School with 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations

- Prior experience in a CEO Office / Strategy / Program Management role is a plus

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

- High ownership, discretion, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments

- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
