Hybrid Tester - Manual & Automation Testing (3-5 yrs)

What You'll Do :

- Test Case Design & Execution : Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases (both manual and automated) based on functional and non-functional requirements.

- Automation Testing : Utilize your 1+ years of experience in automation testing using TOSCA to build, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for various applications.

- Manual Testing : Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, identifying defects and ensuring proper functionality.

- Test Management : Effectively use HP Quality Centre or HP ALM for test case management, execution tracking, defect logging, and reporting.

- Defect Management : Identify, document, track, and retest software defects, collaborating closely with development teams for timely resolution.

- Data Validation (Preferred) : Leverage SQL knowledge (preferred) to perform data validation, backend testing, and data integrity checks.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other QA team members to ensure effective test coverage and alignment with project goals.

- Quality Assurance : Contribute to improving overall software quality by participating in requirement reviews, design discussions, and providing timely feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing.

- Automation Testing : 1+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using TOSCA is mandatory.

- Test Management Tools : Strong experience with HP Quality Centre or HP ALM for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

- Manual Testing : Proven expertise in performing various types of manual testing.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and concisely.

- Location : Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) :

- SQL Knowledge : Proficiency in SQL for database querying and backend testing.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Experience with other automation tools or programming languages.

- Exposure to performance or security testing concepts.
