Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js (7-8 yrs)

The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Next.js). With 7+ years of dedicated experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications. This position requires a proven leader who can not only contribute hands-on but also guide development teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern front-end development tools.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, applying a strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and various architectural patterns.

- Engage actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in full-stack development roles.

- Proven track record of leading and managing development teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and developing/consuming REST APIs.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and a deep understanding of modern front-end development tools and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and a solid understanding of DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and various architectural patterns.

Desirable Skills (Plus Points) :

- Working knowledge of any API Manager (e.g., Apigee, Mulesoft, Azure API Management).

- Working knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Good knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
