QA Automation Engineer- Cypress and Playwright

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Cypress and Playwright.
• Write clean, maintainable test code in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of web applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Debug test failures and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve test frameworks and processes to enhance test efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Cypress and/or Playwright.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with test runners and assertion libraries (e.g., Mocha, Chai, Jest).
• Solid understanding of web technologies, DOM, and browser behavior.
• Familiarity with REST API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
