We are seeking a motivated and skilled SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Statement of Work (SOW), Contingent Workforce Management, and Integration Connectors, along with proficiency in Admin Configuration and the Configuration Manager Portal. Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP Fieldglass solutions for clients.
• Configure and manage modules including:
• Statement of Work (SOW)
• Contingent Worker Hiring
• Integration Connectors
• Admin Configuration
• Configuration Manager Portal
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fieldglass functionalities.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP Fieldglass and other systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce processes and SOW management.
• Experience with integration connectors and system configuration.
• Familiarity with Configuration Manager Portal and admin settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
