Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our hiring efforts across all business functions. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in volume hiring for sales, critical tech/product hiring, and CXO/leadership closures. The ideal candidate will bring deep recruitment expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and align with key stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Strategy & Leadership:

- Build and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.

- Create a scalable recruitment roadmap covering volume, niche, and leadership hiring.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers across departments.

2. Volume & Business Hiring:

- Lead high-volume sales hiring across geographies, ensuring quality, speed, and cost-efficiency.

- Build a strong pipeline for frontline, mid-level, and regional sales roles.

3. Tech, Product & Functional Hiring:

- Partner with CTO, CPO, and business heads for hiring high-impact Product and Tech roles.

- Utilize market insights, competitive mapping, and targeted sourcing strategies.

4. Leadership & Critical Role Hiring:

- Successfully close key leadership mandates (CXO/VP/Director-level).

- Build relationships with executive search partners and internal referral networks.

5. Team & Process Management:

- Manage and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

- Drive data-driven hiring processes and leverage tools like ATS, dashboards, and analytics.

- Implement best-in-class sourcing, selection, and employer branding practices.

6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

- Strengthen the employer brand through digital and offline channels.

- Drive best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Proven track record in high-volume sales hiring, tech/product hiring, and senior leadership closures.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at CXO levels.

- Experience leading and scaling high-performance TA teams.

- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth startups or mid-to-large enterprises.

- Expertise in recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics dashboards).

- Strategic thinker with execution excellence and a problem-solving mindset.
