Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Coordinate and facilitate various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with department heads and managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Identify learning and development needs and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Experience 3+ Years
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information and influence others.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretio
