Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of microservices-based solutions from a legacy monolithic Java application.
• Define and enforce best practices for service decomposition, API design, data management, and cloud-native architecture.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and DevOps to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Guide the team in containerization (Docker), orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform architectural reviews, provide mentorship, and lead decision-making for technology choices.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the proposed solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

• 7-9 years of experience in Java ecosystem with strong background in system design and architecture
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices patterns (CQRS, Saga, Event-Driven Architecture)
• Proficient in Docker and container-based deployment; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API gateways, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), and observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
• Experience in migration strategy and phased decomposition of legacy systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
• Prior experience in leading large-scale migration/modernization projects.
