HeapTrace - Training & Development Specialist (2-3 yrs)

- We are seeking a passionate and proactive Training and Development Specialist to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programs, and supporting the professional growth of employees across departments.

- This role plays a vital part in enhancing the skills, performance, and engagement of our workforce.

- Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze training needs across teams through surveys, interviews, performance evaluations, and consultation with department heads.

- Design and implement engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended) aligned with business goals.

- Develop instructional materials, training manuals, e-learning content, and assessment tools.

- Deliver workshops and sessions on soft skills, leadership, onboarding, compliance, systems/tools, and job-specific topics.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; modify content based on results.

- Coordinate with external vendors, trainers, or consultants when required.

- Maintain training records, calendars, and reports to track attendance, certifications, and outcomes.

- Support career development initiatives and internal learning platforms (LMS).

- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and knowledge-sharing programs.

- Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
