Title :Practice Head - Global Rewards and C&B
Location : Bangalore

Role :
1) Benchmarking of salary and benefits data, having up to date market information for senior execs and leaders
2) Long and short-term incentive plans ; exec and leadership compensation ; ESOPs
3) Understanding organization performance and creating a link with employee rewards
4) Presentation to senior management, business heads on frequent basis compensation trends and changes needed
5) Compensation modeling
6) Understanding and tracking levels and structures
7) Legal compliance of compensation structure
What should the ideal candidate be like :
1) 6-15 years of in depth compensation management experience in a large corporate or consulting firm
2) strong communication skills backed by a high conceptual ability
3) Very strong attention to details. ability to look at numbers and get meaning out of it
4) MBA from a top business school
