- This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring we attract and hire the best and brightest, particularly from top-tier tech firms.

Role Summary:


- The Head of Talent Acquisition will spearhead the development and execution of a robust talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class workforce.


- With a strong emphasis on hiring elite technology talent - such as Software Development Engineers (SDEs), Technical Architects, and Engineering Managers - this role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates from big tech firms (e.g., FAANG, or equivalent).

- Based in Bangalore, the Head of Talent Acquisition will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring process for both tech and non-tech roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent for technical roles (SDEs, Technical Architects, Engineering Managers, etc.) and non-technical roles (marketing, operations, finance, etc.), aligned with the companys growth objectives.

- Hands-On Tech Hiring: Actively lead and participate in sourcing, screening, and interviewing elite technology talent from big tech firms, ensuring the highest standards of technical and cultural fit.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering expertise in both tech and non-tech hiring while promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

- Candidate Experience: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to strengthen the companys employer brand, positioning it as a destination for top tech talent and diverse professionals in Bangalores competitive market.

- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment analytics, market insights, and competitive benchmarking to optimize hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the quality of hires.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to understand technical and non-technical hiring needs, forecast talent requirements, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

- Vendor & Network Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, tech-focused job boards, and professional networks to access elite talent pools.

- Compliance & Innovation: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and data protection regulations while adopting innovative tools and technologies (e.g., AI-driven sourcing, advanced ATS platforms) to stay ahead in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a technology-driven or internet firm.

- Proven expertise in hands-on recruitment of elite tech talent (SDEs, Technical Architects, Engineering Managers) from big tech firms (e.g., FAANG, or equivalent).

- Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles in a high-growth environment.

- Experience leading and developing a team of recruiters with diverse hiring expertise.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

- A Masters degree or MBA is a plus with excellent academic qualifications.

Skills:

- Deep knowledge of the Indian and global tech talent market, with strong networks in Bangalores tech ecosystem.

- Hands-on proficiency with technical recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, HackerRank, Greenhouse).

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for recruitment optimization.

- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

- Location Requirement: Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience hiring for a matured internet or e-commerce firm with a global footprint.

- Familiarity with technical assessment methodologies and tools for evaluating senior tech roles.

- Experience with campus recruitment and building pipelines for early-career tech talent.
