Job Description: Head of Talent Acquisition

- This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring we attract and hire the best and brightest, particularly from top-tier tech firms.
Role Summary:
- The Head of Talent Acquisition will spearhead the development and execution of a robust talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class workforce.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a technology-driven or internet firm.
- Proven expertise in hands-on recruitment of elite tech talent (SDEs, Technical Architects, Engineering Managers) from big tech firms (e.g., FAANG, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles in a high-growth environment.
- Experience leading and developing a team of recruiters with diverse hiring expertise.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- A Masters degree or MBA is a plus with excellent academic qualifications.
Skills:
- Deep knowledge of the Indian and global tech talent market, with strong networks in Bangalores tech ecosystem.
- Hands-on proficiency with technical recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, HackerRank, Greenhouse).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for recruitment optimization.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for a matured internet or e-commerce firm with a global footprint.
- Familiarity with technical assessment methodologies and tools for evaluating senior tech roles.
- Experience with campus recruitment and building pipelines for early-career tech talent.
