Compensation and Rewards Lead
Title : Compensation Lead for Top leadership and executives
Location : Bangalore
Company : Global IT Services company
Responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies. You will deliver an effective service to a range of employees across the business. Your role will involve taking ownership of reward processes, including payroll, salary review, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization. You will ensure regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity, while also ensuring compliance with reward processes
Role :
1) Benchmarking of salary and benefits data, having up to date market information for Top leadership and executives
2) Long and short-term incentive plans. Good understanding of LTIP . Stock plans / RSU
3) Understanding organization performance and creating a link with employee rewards
4) Excellent communication and presentation skills
5) Compensation models
6) Understanding and tracking levels and structures
7) Legal compliance of compensation structure
8) Extensive coordination with Company Secretary, Nominations and Remunerations Committee, Top Leadership for Budgeting, Nominations, Approvals, Analysis, direction and steer Stocks Portfolio - Managing Annual RSU / PSU grant cycle - starting from Budgeting to Vesting, and post vesting reporting - Managing Executive RSU, PSU grants - Regulatory Reporting related to Stocks and Option
What should the ideal candidate be like :
1) 5+ years of in depth compensation management experience in a large corporate or consulting firm
2) Strong communication skills backed by a high conceptual ability
3) Very strong attention to details. ability to look at numbers and get meaning out of it
4) MBA from a top business school
