- Manage entire gamut of HR role, act as sounding board for the business, improve work environment to retain best and brightest, work on global projects as and when needed on bleeding edge stuff. Work closely with CXOs/leaders when needed
- Partner with senior business leaders to achieve strategic business objectives
- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders. performance management, performance based pay etc, strong problem solving skills, ability to deep dive into problems

- Full time two year PG/MBA
- 7 years post MBA experience in HRBP alone
