Seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Business Head to lead the video production vertical.

This role demands a blend of business acumen, creative understanding, operational control, and strong client leadership.

Youll be responsible for driving growth, managing P&L, leading teams, and ensuring successful delivery of content that aligns with client goals and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall vision and strategy for iCubesWire Films (Video Production).

- Drive revenue growth through new business development, strategic partnerships, and client expansion.

- Own and manage the vertical's P&L with a strong focus on profitability and scalability.

- Explore innovative video content formats, platform partnerships, and monetization models.

- Lead pitch development, sales conversations, and negotiations for branded video content.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and decision-makers.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and convert high-potential leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in video production, digital media, or advertising.

- Strong track record of managing large-scale productions and business operations.

- Deep understanding of branded content, digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, OTT), and storytelling formats.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
