About the Job
iCubesWire, a leading Ad Tech Platform connecting over 1 billion devices and empowering customer acquisition and engagement for 500+ prominent brands, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Agency AD Sales to spearhead our agency partnerships and drive revenue growth in the North region.
You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with key media agencies (GroupM, Dentsu, Havas, OMG, etc.) and positioning iCubesWire's innovative suite of advertising solutions to meet their clients' marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Agency Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within media agencies (planning, buying, digital heads, etc.) in the North region.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively promoting and selling iCubesWire's diverse range of advertising solutions to agency clients.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans for the North agency market, identifying key opportunities and growth areas.
- Product Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of iCubesWire's product offerings, including:
- DMP+DSP cohorts
- Mobility Roadblocks
- Appography
- Hyperlocal targeting
- Programmatic advertising
- Native advertising
- Rich Media solutions
- Influencer Marketing
- Production House Films
- Client Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to agency partners, effectively communicating the value proposition of iCubesWire's solutions.
- Proposal Development: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to develop customized and competitive proposals that address agency and client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and agency landscape in the North region to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales leadership.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and effectively close deals with agency partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Ad Sales, with a proven track record of selling digital advertising solutions to media agencies.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, ad tech platforms, and various digital marketing channels.
- Agency Network: Existing relationships and a strong network within media agencies (GroupM, Dentsu, Havas, OMG, etc.) in the North region are highly preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Gurgaon
