- Sales Strategy Formulation: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies for the North agency market, identifying key growth verticals and opportunities for iCubesWire's diverse offerings.
- Advanced Product Expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding and ability to articulate the strategic value of iCubesWire's advanced product suite, including:
DMP+DSP cohorts
Mobility Roadblocks
Appography
Hyperlocal targeting strategies
Advanced Programmatic solutions
Innovative Native advertising formats
High-impact Rich Media executions
Scalable Influencer Marketing campaigns
Custom Production House Films
- Executive-Level Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership within media agencies, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Complex Deal Negotiation: Lead and manage complex negotiations and strategic deals with agency partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the North agency landscape, proactively expanding iCubesWire's reach and market share.
- Thought Leadership: Represent iCubesWire at industry events and forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in the ad tech space.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Oversee the tracking and analysis of sales performance, providing insightful reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and optimize delivery for agency clients.
Requirements:
- Deep Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic landscape, ad tech platforms, and evolving agency models.
- Extensive Agency Network: A well-established and influential network of senior-level contacts within media agencies (GroupM, Dentsu, Havas, OMG, etc.) in the North region is crucial.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and lead sales initiatives.
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and persuasively at all levels, including executive presentations.
- Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Leadership & Mentoring Skills: Experience in mentoring and guiding junior sales team members.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify strategic challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Gurgaon
