About the Role:
As a Manager/Sr. Manager - Ad Sales, you will be instrumental in driving sales by developing and nurturing strong relationships with key advertising agencies in the North Region, including GroupM, Dentsu, Havas, OMG, and others. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning iCubesWire's diverse range of ad tech solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the North Region's agency business.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at leading advertising agencies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with agencies and understanding their clients' marketing goals.
- Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of iCubesWire's comprehensive ad tech solutions, including:
- DMP+DSP Cohorts: Leveraging data management platforms and demand-side platforms for precise audience targeting.
- Mobility Roadblocks: Addressing challenges and opportunities in mobile advertising.
- Appography: Utilizing app-related data for effective campaign strategies.
- Hyperlocal: Driving highly targeted campaigns based on geographical proximity.
- Programmatic: Implementing automated, data-driven ad buying.
- Native: Creating seamlessly integrated advertising experiences.
- Rich Media: Developing engaging and interactive ad formats.
- Influencer Marketing: Strategizing and executing campaigns with key opinion leaders.
- Production House Films: Collaborating on creative video content for advertising.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including ad operations, creative, and product, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the ad tech space.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of 2-7 years in ad sales, with a strong focus on agency relationships within the digital advertising industry.
- In-depth understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, ad serving technologies, and various ad formats.
- Existing relationships with key advertising agencies in the North Region are a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
