Assistant Vice President - SSDM/Collerbra Ranger (5-10 yrs)

Job Description

- The SSDM Or Collibra Ranger works closely with the Collibra Data Catalog owner and the business stakeholders in implementing and managing the Collibra Data Governance platform to ensure the effective management and governance of our global data assets.

- This role is the expert in the Operating Model and how to leverage it for the AJG data governance goals..

- Write Standard Operating Procedures documentation for Collibra to create repeatable processes for each of the divisions to mature their environment.

- Generate measurable KPI's of the platforms usage and report out.

- Play a key role in the development of a roadmap and help to identify achievable key milestones.

- Successfully deploy workflows in Workflow Designer to assist with the governance of assets.

- Helping the organization achieve end to end technical lineage.

- Skilled in manual stitching of assets in Collibra.

- Deploying complex traceability diagrams between the assets to help create a visual diagram of how the assets relate to one another.

- Align with stakeholders on business use case opportunities that can be achieved within the platform

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field

Preferred Skills:

- Platform Management: Collaborate on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Collibra Data Governance Platform

- Collaboration: Work closely with data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with data governance strategy and policies

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the Collibra platform, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the tool

- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on data governance metrics to monitor compliance and performance

- Data Governance: In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles. The ability to develop and implement data management processes and policies in Collibra is essential

Certifications: Collibra Ranger Certification
