Jodas Expoim - Chief Operating Officer (15-20 yrs)

Role & responsibilities:

- Strategic Operations: Translate company strategy into site-wise operational plans, capacity expansion, and capital projects.

- GMP & Regulatory: Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, EAEU, EMA, and other global regulatory standards.

- Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure 95%+ OTIF.

- Manufacturing & Quality: Drive output, yield, and compliance across all manufacturing and quality functions.

- Operational Excellence: Implement lean, Six Sigma, digital dashboards, and automation initiatives to improve OEE and reduce costs.

- Tech Transfers & Product Launches: Manage tech transfer and scale-up of complex injectables and novel dosage forms.

- People & Culture: Lead a team of ~1,000 employees; drive performance and employee engagement.

- P&L Management: Own plant-level P&L, capex, and working capital metrics; report directly to the Board.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of leadership experience in pharma manufacturing with multi-site P&L ownership.

- Strong track record in GMP compliance, cost control, and team development.
