Job Title: Executive - Learning and Development

Location: Bangalore (Koramangla)

Work Mode - Hybrid


To help facilitate the functioning of the team by providing logistical support and maintaining LMS records

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth functioning of the LMS functions like launching courses, tracking feedback, downloading MIS reports from the LMS, etc.
  • Analyzing and interpreting the MIS reports,
  • Creating monthly and quarterly dashboards based on level and businesses
  • Ensuring the logistical requirements of the session like room booking, equipment readiness for training, arranging for external venue and related requirement by working closely with the admin and IT team.
  • Supporting and working with the team to design, implement and monitor the enabling skills calendar
  • Ensuring zero errors are being made while launching courses.
  • Accuracy in the MIS report being generated and dashboards being created.
  • Timely updation and booking of the logistical requirements for the trainings without any gaps.
  • Feedback from the trainees

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
  • Any Graduate / Post-graduate from a reputed institute with specialization in HR
  • 2-7 years of experience.
