Role & responsibilities

Relevant experience in L&D, preferably in the financial sector or NBFC, is essential.

1.Identify and analyze training needs based on business requirements, performance gaps, and industry trends, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
2.Design, develop, and implement engaging and relevant training programs, including both in-person and online learning, to address identified needs.
3.Conduct training sessions, facilitate learning activities, and ensure effective knowledge transfer, using various methods like classroom training, workshops, webinars, and online learning modules.
4.Assist with performance review cycles, support career path development, and help employees enhance their performance through training and development.
5.Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensure its effective utilization, and provide technical support to users.
6.Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality training solutions.
7.Collect feedback on training programs, analyze training data, and prepare reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
8.Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure that training programs align with relevant legal and compliance requirements.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is often preferred.
Relevant experience in L&D, preferably in the financial sector or NBFC, is essential.
