Business Head/Category Head - Fashion/Retail/eCommerce - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI (10-16 yrs)

We are hiring for a high-impact Category Head role for a fast-scaling consumer business in the fashion and lifestyle space. This is a leadership position with complete ownership of the P&L, growth strategy, pricing, merchandising, marketing, and consumer experience for the category.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the end-to-end P&L for the category, driving revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth across online and offline channels

2. Build and execute pricing, assortment, and merchandising strategies to ensure brand and business objectives are met

3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive inventory planning, marketing campaigns, demand generation, and customer experience

4. Lead new brand development, partnerships, and innovation initiatives to strengthen the portfolio

5. Use data and market insights to shape category vision, optimize performance levers, and drive continuous improvement

6. Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, supply chain, and analytics teams to deliver scalable outcomes

7. Drive brand storytelling and positioning, ensuring strong visibility and recall across key platforms

Candidate Requirement:

1. MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI etc.)

2. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce, with strong exposure to category/brand management and business P&L

3. Demonstrated success in leading categories with significant topline and bottom-line accountability

4. Strong understanding of consumer trends, pricing strategy, lifecycle planning, and retail dynamics

5. Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
